A Clinical Psychology practice working with adults and young people, online and in Leamington Spa. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, a difficult life transition, or patterns in relationships that keep snagging, we work alongside you to make sense of what's been getting in the way and what's most likely to help.
I'm Dr Obss Alademerin, a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, working with adults and young people online and in Leamington Spa. People usually find us when something feels stuck, anxiety that won't switch off, low mood that's outstayed its welcome, a life transition that's harder than expected, or relationships that keep snagging in the same places. Together we work toward a reliable route forward, one shaped around the life you actually want, that holds space for what's hard while keeping you moving toward what matters most.

Taking the first step is often the hardest part. Here's exactly what you can expect when you get in touch, so there are no surprises.
Send a short message via the contact form or email. No long forms, just a brief note about what's bringing you here.
A free 20-minute call to ask questions, get a feel for how we work, and decide together whether we're a good fit. No obligation either way.
A chance to explore what's been going on for you and what you'd like from therapy. It's a two-way conversation, not an assessment.
We meet regularly at a pace that suits you, with weekly sessions most common. You're always in control of how long we work together, and we review the work at regular points to keep checking it's still landing for you.
We rarely use one therapy in isolation. The work is led by formulation, a clear, theory-driven understanding of what's going on for you, with the modality adapting to fit. These are the approaches we draw on most often.
Whether you'd rather come in person or connect from home, we offer flexible options to suit your life.
Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone. We work with adults and young people navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, from everyday stress to long-standing patterns that feel hard to shift on your own.
Starting therapy is a real step, and it's normal to want to know what you're walking into. Here are the questions we hear most often — answered honestly.
There isn't one type of person therapy is "for." People usually come because something feels stuck, heavy, or out of step with how they want to be living — and that's reason enough. If you're unsure, the free 20-minute call is a low-pressure way to talk it through. Sometimes the answer is therapy with us; sometimes it's a different kind of support, and we'll be honest about which.
The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. We'll ask about what's brought you here, what you've tried before, and what you'd like to be different. You'll get a sense of how we work, and we'll start to shape what therapy together might look like. There's no expectation to share more than feels manageable in a first meeting.
Sessions are £120 for 50 minutes, the same fee for online and in-person work. We also offer a comprehensive psychological assessment from £250 — a focused piece of work for when what you want is clarity rather than ongoing therapy, with a written assessment and formulation report afterwards. A small number of reduced-fee spaces are available too; if cost feels like a barrier, please get in touch before ruling therapy out — it's always worth asking. Full details on the Fees & Booking page.
It depends — on what you're bringing, what you'd like from the work, and how things unfold once we begin. Some people find six to twelve sessions useful for a focused piece of work; others stay longer for something deeper or more complex. We'll review together at regular points, so the length of therapy is something you're shaping with us, not guessing at.
Yes — with a few specific exceptions that we'll go through with you properly in our first session. These are the standard limits any clinical psychologist works to: situations involving serious risk to you or someone else, or certain legal requirements. Outside of those, what you bring stays between us.
It happens, and it's useful information rather than a problem. If something isn't working, we'd much rather you tell us — sometimes we can adjust, and sometimes the most helpful thing we can do is point you toward a therapist who's a better match. Either way, your progress matters more than the referral.
Therapy isn't always a tidy path — it winds, doubles back, and finds its shape as you go. The free, no-obligation 20-minute call is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how we work, and decide together whether we're a good fit.
